    Hey everyone, I recently tried updating the firmware on my BYD via the latest OTA update, but the system seems completely stuck on the loading animation. I've tried restarting the infotainment system a few times, but it keeps freezing midway through the process. Has anyone else experienced this specific firmware issue recently? I’m trying to figure out if it’s a widespread bug or just unique to my car. I actually found some troubleshooting steps and discussions regarding BYD EV updates on EcoCabTaxi, but I wanted to check here first to see if there's a quick DIY fix before contacting the dealer. Any advice? Thanks!
